The Bentonville West team B-West consists of individuals with unique skills that assist them in completing their tasks. Dallas utilizes his creative thought process in order to design and build the robot, with the help of Fernando he can quickly and efficiently create a robot. As the two of them build, Tristan collaborates with the builders and programmer in order to ensure the robot will be made in a way that allows him to use his driving skills for scoring in competition. Julian not only programs the driving controls but also the autonomous period for the robot.  He works with Tristan to choose the best path for the autonomous period. William and Kanishkar communicate well with others and works well in all fields. As the team works, Randall keeps track of everything the team does, writing it down and creating detailed visuals.
